Welcome!

I am a dedicated practitioner of yoga and am passionate about bringing this practice to others to help transform our lives for the better. I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and have been a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher since 2006. I am also a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. In addition to teaching yoga, I have a complementary medicine practice in Oakland, California. I am a Licensed Acupuncturist and a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. Along with my team at The Well Clinic (the-well-clinic.com), I offer Acupuncture, Ayurvedic consultations and Pancha Karma at our clinic in Oakland.

After the pandemic hit in early 2020, I transitioned my Public weekly yoga classes online. Having the ability through this medium to reach people across the country and the world, I will continue to offer livestream and recorded classes on this online platform after the pandemic subsides. And, for my Bay Area students, I will of course resume classes in person when it is safe for us all.
